🌸 Spring Self-Care Essentials to Refresh Your Mind, Body & Space

Light, floral, and totally spring. A little spritz of this and I instantly feel like I’m stepping into a dreamy garden. This is one of my favorite perfumes! I try to not wear perfume in the treatment room, since you’re already smelling all the essential oils in my space, haha. I always wear this on my days off though!

3. Scalp Massager
I’ve been using this in the shower to help stimulate my scalp—and it feels so good. Perfect for a little extra TLC while you wash your hair. I am also incorporating this into my scalp massages, so you might experience this during your next treatment if you get facials/massages from me!

4. Patchology Rose Eye Gels
These chilled gel patches are a quick pick-me-up for tired eyes. I keep mine in the fridge for an extra-refreshing treat in the morning or before bed.

5. Tea Forte Wellness Tea Set
A little luxury in every sip. This wellness tea collection is beautifully packaged and full of calming, soothing blends. It’s one of my go-to gifts too! You all know how much I love tea…these are great quality.
