Bee Well Spa ships in-stock items within 1–2 business days. Products shipping directly from our brand partners may take 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info for each package.

Yes, I do offer local pickup for my spa clients! However, I always recommend shipping when possible — it’s the easiest and most convenient option, ensuring you get your products quickly without the need to coordinate pickup times.

If you prefer local pickup, just know I have only small time windows available between client appointments, so we’ll need to arrange a time that works during one of those short breaks. I appreciate your understanding and support!

Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. But if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out — I want you to be happy and I’ll do my best to make it right!

Every retail purchase earns you Bee Perks points, which you can redeem for spa treats, product gifts, or service upgrades. You don’t need to sign up — I track it all for you! Ask me anytime how many points you have.

You can save up your Bee Perks points for as long as you like — it’s totally up to you when you want to cash them in!
